Received a call from this number on 3/13/15. They asked for me by my pen name--a name I only use for articles and blogging. That's how I knew it was a sales call using an "official" sounding "governmental department" name. Thought I'd have a little fun with them and also see how far they would carry the deception. My first question to them was: "So, you're with the government?" The telemarketer answered "Yes". You could hear the truth sttrreettcchh through that phone line. My response was: "Well, if you're with the government then you would know that 'pen name' doesn't exist." The call was promptly terminated on their end.
It was almost too easy and too much fun.
just received a call from this number, the female told me I just won 7000.00 she said that I could receive the money through my account or purchase a card I asked her did she really think I'm going to give her my account information? I told her if won any money send it to me...the call was terminated on her end.
