I got the same call you did kathi!called the police & they said a lot of people have been getting this call & it is a scam! don't call it back! it sounded like a recording!
Same comment as others; same phone call; same identical voice mail message. Caller ID displayed same number as call back number. Clearly, I did not call back and have deleted the message.
