They are calling often. Do not leave message. I tried to call them back, but call does not go through. We are on DNC registry. We are seniors who do not have, nor have we ever had, collection accounts. I am reporting them to FCC although I am not sure that does any good at all.

I'll get them to stop calling by send them a fax and addressing the issue to stop calling my phone number reference Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) section 805(c) http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/edu/pubs/consumer/credit/cre27.pdf.
I have done this before even to attorney owned collection offices and it does work, if they do continue to call I'll file the complaint with the FTC.
