Message: all call centers are busy please stay on the line. Person comes on line and asks for "Myrtel" no one by this name here. I do not give out my cell # so why did I get a call from these people on my cell?
These people have called 4-5 times a day for the last 6 weeks. I have answered the call and, like others listed here, have been rudely hung up on or told to wait on hold and then hung up on. I've never spoken with a person that way. Tried calling back and they didn't even ask for my name before trying to transfer me to a random department. Got hung up on again.
These people are crazy. I don't even know WHY they are calling. If they leave a message, I will call them back!! As far as it being a debt collection or scam...I think it is a debt agency. They are just a really crappy debt collection firm.
