Who called from 3023279010

Received call today  about lowering my interest rate on credit cards. I hung up, but how do they get my number if it's on do not call list????

I keep getting a call from this company!  They have several different numbers out of different states!  Each day its this number or one of the others!  I dont even own a credit card, How do these ppl keep getting my number?  I am on the do not call list too!

Good Question...  how  do they get the numbers on the  DO NOT CALL  LIST.   If you  find out will  you let everyone know..

I have been getting calls from the a**holes for months. I called back many times and message tells me after 72 hours I will be on their "do not call list". I am fed up with this harrassment and reported to National Do Not Call Registry (which I have been registered with for many months if not years) today.
