"IMPORTANT" called again from 302-327-9010. Last time I spoke to a rep they claimed it took 72 hours to be removed... that was weeks ago, and they are still calling. The fact is these people have no intention of ever stopping harassing phone calls. I have now arranged with my phone service provider for call tracing. It will take filing a police report to track these, I was told, but it can be done. I also learned that it is important to keep a log of phone calls. The Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) allows harrassing phone callers to be sued within the four-year statute of limitations... with a penalty of $500-$1500 PER PHONE CALL. That is BIG money considering how often these crooks call. It is well worth keeping records. I encourage all who receive harrassing calls from this number to keep a log, and implement call tracing from your phone service provider. Once you know who is calling you can take legal action. i am sick and tired of these people calling. i don't have any credit cards. the worst yet is they are
calling my cell phone which i use for business and it has got to stop. i am on the do not call list
Called my cell phone at 12:54 pm (pacific time). All it showed was the phone number and Delaware. I didn't answer because I didn't recognize the number. No message was left.
All need to file complainint. This number calls 2 times a day. If you ask to be removed they say they will. Never do, and if you ask who they are they hang up. KEEP complaining on do not call registry.
