I just got the call too, and I am in Michigan. I didn't pick it up though. I guess I am glad I didn't. I signed up with http://www.donotcall.gov a while ago, I wonder how I can go about reporting these [***]!
I get a call on my cell phone every couple of days with the same message for a special offer for homeowners. Same message but different phone number each time...very frustrating.
This number is probably being used by spoofing software. The person on Quitman street probably doesn't even realize it. Also, I thought cellphone numbers were listed, unless you specifically tell your carrier not to publish your number when you buy your phone. If anybody else knows anything about this stuff, it would really help.
I missed the call, no answer when i called back said the number was disconnected, very strange, i definitely want to know how this company has my cell phone number....
