I just got the call too, and I am in Michigan. I didn't pick it up though. I guess I am glad I didn't. I signed up with http://www.donotcall.gov a while ago, I wonder how I can go about reporting these [***]!
Just received the call, didn't answer and they didn't leave a VM. I also googled the number and saw the same CO listing. From what I understand, businesses can have whatever number they want come up on caller ID, it's not necessarily their number. I also heard on the news the other day, that it is not legal for companies to use cell numbers when telemarketing - however, if you gave your cell number out somewhere like a sweepstakes entry or to a website (and you didn't completely read those T&C's) I think your number might be fair game. I still think Telemarketers are BS and I wish them bad things.
