I got the same call two days in a row I blocked their number on my cell phone (after I googled the number and saw it was scam) and then they started call my home number I got nasty with them threaten to take legal actions put me on hold tried to call back and no answer.
It was 2 different callers both males but very hard to understand what they were saying it def seemed like a cell phone they were on, didn't state names, company names, or the bank name!
Just called my cell said its from Colorado and pretrial center theaten me saying that myself or my attorney has 24 hours to return the call...never identified company name...these people never give up if they sell your name and number to another set of scumbags and then they harass you...please don't give these people any information but report to FTC, your state Attorney general and local police dept.
I had a voicemail from James Kaiser stating that myself or my attorney needs to return his call by the end of day today to avoid legal actions. When calling back I spoke to a woman by the name of Rebecca Hill I made her verify all my info and she didn't have the city that I lived in correct. She claimed that I owed over $1100 for a payday loan from 2011 and if I don't settle this she was reporting it to the district attorney and when they find me I'm going to jail for 120 days. This is B.S I have never received money a payday loan. I told her I would be contacting my attorney and doing a police report.
Boy, guess they are on a roll today - got the same phone call stating I had 3 felony cases against me and would go to jail for 150 days per felony. They are just trying to scare us and bully us into giving them money.
I received a call from James kaiser and said to call him back. I called the number and spoke to 3 rude people demanding I pay.them 1100 today or else I would go to jail. I ask what company they are calling from and they said litigation Department. I knew they were not a real company
