I got the same call two days in a row I blocked their number on my cell phone (after I googled the number and saw it was scam) and then they started call my home number I got nasty with them threaten to take legal actions put me on hold tried to call back and no answer.
It was 2 different callers both males but very hard to understand what they were saying it def seemed like a cell phone they were on, didn't state names, company names, or the bank name!
I just got the call too and I asked to speak to the attorney and they said I couldn't that they had the case on their desk, the knew my email and social and said I didn't answer the email when there was no email, she was rude. I hung up on her.
James Kaiser left a message on my phone not asking for anyone by name but asking for a call from myself or my attorney and if he didn't hear from anyone he would document I refused council and I would be judged accordingly.
I had a call from this number this morning. James Kiser left a message todemand me to call him back.
I am so glad I found this site . I deleted the message .

I got a call from this number today James Kiser left a message saying I needed to return the call today or there would be legal action. I called the number back and the woman stated if I did not pay $700 today that there would be a warrant out for my arrest within 24-48 hours, at first i panicked and then found this website after googling the phone number. I hung up and called them back saying I knew this was bogus. They still insisted they were a real law firm and when i asked they verify my whole social they said they didn't have that info but if they were really a law firm they would have that information. I then called the local police and they confirmed that it was in fact a scam.
Some lady from this number called me today I forgot her name but she threatened me that I over thousand dollars payday loans and that if I didn't pay them $400 today that she would turn it over to the district attorney issued for my arrest
