I got the same call two days in a row I blocked their number on my cell phone (after I googled the number and saw it was scam) and then they started call my home number I got nasty with them threaten to take legal actions put me on hold tried to call back and no answer.
It was 2 different callers both males but very hard to understand what they were saying it def seemed like a cell phone they were on, didn't state names, company names, or the bank name!
I received a call from Melissa James from the allegation legal support. She said I had felony cases against me for worthless checks and they are sending out to my county today I'd I don't pay $700. They had my old email address and old address. Stated they've sent mail to my job in which I'm still there and receive mail almost every day. She became very smart with me after I asked to repeat the company who has this against me and I told her that I would have a lawyer look at this. When I asked for the nae of her company, she stated the name given when I first called. I asked for her name and she told me by spelling it. Melissa James if that's her name was very rude and said well o forward your papers and your going to jail. She said this was dealing with a payday loan but she is not here to collect a debt.
I got a call from this number on Friday the 19th. The name was James Kaiser and they said they needed to hear from me or my attorney and if not then they will send forth my case.
Same story here, James Kaiser pretrial center, left a vm on 6/18/15 saying I needed to call back today. I never did but today he called my mothers phone thankfully she did not provide any information to him.
