On 04/24/15@8:14am a call appeared on caller id as 304 441 0708 with a voice message for Kevin Johnson--no such
person at this number; message left call back # 515 218 2526 and give case number 2015 143 140. Most of call was
voice animated---their is NO Kevin Johnson at this number NOR do I know a Kevin Johnson.
This is what this desperate disgusting piece of **** said when she called:
“My name is Amanda James and I received an order in my order today to complete a process for several legal matters you are being investigated for. I will be verifying your current address and well as your place of employment. It is your legal duty and right to contact 304-441-0708 blah blah blah blah blah. Consider this your official notification”.
The number that they used this time was 302-336-8450.
I have been receiving these calls for almost 6 years from at least 70+ spoofed numbers. I filed countless police reports for harassment as well as FTC complaints. It doesn’t end but I urge you all to keep filing the complaints. Hopefully, someone will one day get aggressive about getting these scammers wherever they are.
I got a call from these folks too. They want you to call some number in TN to rectify a civil matter. Yawn...... I usually call them and give them trouble in the worst way but I am too old for this stuff now. Think I will get a cup of coffee and chill with my dog on the back deck. Dont be stupid folks and waste you air on these people. Have a great Thursday anyone who reads this!
I also just recieved a call from these people saying they were goung to serve me for a civil complaint...im glad i looked up the number because i had no idea what it would have been for. Glad to know its a scam.
