On 04/24/15@8:14am a call appeared on caller id as 304 441 0708 with a voice message for Kevin Johnson--no such
person at this number; message left call back # 515 218 2526 and give case number 2015 143 140. Most of call was
voice animated---their is NO Kevin Johnson at this number NOR do I know a Kevin Johnson.
4/20/2015 I just got another call from this number 3044410708 saying a civil suit being fail against me and I need to call the them before I go to court I have tried to call them back but the phone kept ringing no.
Yes do NOT answer these people or give them the time of day. If this IS serious, Let them serve you or let them send you a certified mailer with some factual info on it. If they can do that, it's a scam.
I swear, The FCC is absolutely useless in enforcing anything. people talk about it as if they are the almighty justice wielding agency that controls communications between parties. But as many complaints that you claim against people for violating the DNC list, they don't do anything AND they are a federally funded entity that's there for namesake only. I've filed over 50 - fifty- Dnc violations, and not one single response, reply or action taking on anyone.
So just keep ignoring these people, or answer the phone the next time, and tell them to fck-Off. Have fun with them, get really rude and bait them, If they're falling for it and trading back and forth with you, it's obvious they are not paid profession, legitimate companies.

I have been getting these calls for 3 years for a person who must have had my number before me.
I end up calling them back and telling them i've had it and am told they will remove my number from
this guy's ftle. I think he is being passed from one collection Co. to another. The problem is I think his file
is never corrected. Oddly, this phone number is on caller ID but the number they give to call back
is 515-218=2526.
