On 04/24/15@8:14am a call appeared on caller id as 304 441 0708 with a voice message for Kevin Johnson--no such
person at this number; message left call back # 515 218 2526 and give case number 2015 143 140. Most of call was
voice animated---their is NO Kevin Johnson at this number NOR do I know a Kevin Johnson.
got a call this morning saying the same thing, and the number they told me to call back on was not the same number they called from, have gotten these kinds of calls before, nobody is goin gto notify you if your getting served, their just going to serve you no warning. tired of these people guess i have to file another ftc report
I got a call myself this morning! First of all, if they are were legitimate, their first line of correspondence would have to be in a written letter sent to you by US Mail, and second they have no legal right to serve you with anything as they are NOT lawyers, nor can they harass you! There are legit Debt Collectors out there, and then there are these scumbags! Do not waste your time on these folks and by all means file a complain with the FTC! The more people who complain, the more we can see these people go out of business!
Cellular Call in phone Id display. Robo call with my married daughters name place in the call. The message was the same as the person reported for their Apr 2nd call. About every three to six months (for the last 5 to 6 years) these calls come in with the same type of message/threats to my daughter. She hasn't lived here in over 15 years. This is the first call that we have gotten as a recorded message/threat though. This SCAM appears to be trying something new!!!
