SCAM. DON'T FALL 4 IT. A LEAH HUNTER CALLED & LEFT A MESSAGE STATING SHE WAS RETAINED 2 SERVE ME W/A FAX ORDER W/A CIVIL COMPLAINT FILED AGAINST ME. SHE WAS GOING 2 SERVE ME AT MY RESIDENT OR PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT W/DOCUMENTS 2 APPEAR IN COURT. IF I HAD AN ?S OR CONCERNS BOUT THE COMPLAINT OR 2 RECTIFY THIS OUTSIDE OF COURT B4 BEING SERVED 2 CALL 901-866-5974 REFERENCE CASE # 2015-152628 & THAT I HAVE BEEN OFFICIALLY NOTIFIED.
These people called my Parent's home and said they were trying to reach me for the same civil matter that these others listed on this website. From my step-mom they got my date of birth and my cell number and then called me. They wanted me to give them my social security number to "verify" I was the correct person. Why would they need to verify if they already got my date of birth?!? As soon as I told them they were crazy to think I would give them my personal information when I knew nothing about them. They gave my step-mom the number 901-866-5974 ext 6315 and a name of Emery Stanton to call back to. The case number they gave her was 2015-170560, but wouldn't tell me anything until I told her my information. I think she hung up on me finally because she knew there was no way that she would get anything from me! BEWARE FOLKS. They sound convincing and the threat seems real. When I called the 901 number, the lady on the phone said it is a company called Sienburg and Associates in Chamblee, Georgia. I couldn't find anything like that online.
I just wish the police would do something about these people. It really is annoying. When I tried to call them back to give them every 4 letter word in the book, nobody answered.
Just getting a call from a Leah Hunter that's what they are using now but with same threatening message bla bla bla I know is a scam I will report them and block them
