Said they have an action against me and are going to send the local authorities to get me!! My robocall blocker on my cell phone blocked it from ringing. Goes straight to my voicemail
Received a call from 305-224-1739 with a voicemail stating that it was the IRS and if I didn't return the call i'd be taken into custody. Return phone number 763-273-8129. When I called it was an east indian man whom I could barely understand. When I called him out he became angry and wanted my social. I hung up. Do not call them back -
They left a robotic message and said I owe money to the IRS, and with very poor grammar and left a phone number that wasn't the CallerID. Scams abound.
I got a couple calls within the last few days but they only just left a message today saying there were serious allegations against me and that I needed to call them immediately. They had me going until they told me there were intentional mistakes in my tax filing and that I owed almost $5000. At that point I knew it was a scam. Just watch out for these people.
