I got the same message about the local coats arresting me so I called them back. He had to repeat himself 6 times before I understood he was saying he was from the IRS. I responded "You're telling me the IRS has employees that don't speaking ******* English?" He immediately hung up on me. Scam gone bad.
I received 2 calls from this number, I could not understand the message. I pay my taxes every year and owe nothing, even got back $2 last year. This is definitely a scan.
