The (305) area code is Miami Florida, where I live. I think that your advise is really stupid. I get calls from (305) every single day and they are not scammers. Don't you think it is bad advise to block the whole area code? What if you live in that area code?
This company has called my house everyday for a few weeks. I finally called it back. I asked the girl why they were calling and why they never never left a message she said, they were calling to offer me something was was laughing the whole time. When I asked if it was funny, she hung up. When I called back II got voicemail saying the person;s voicemail was full. Super rude.
They want to see if I qualify for a claim. Asked me if I had ever been injured on a job. I said no, and she asked me "ever before" Sounds strange. I am on "Do not call registry" This call came to my cell phone, which is a number I do not freely share.
Has called about once a day for a week. Rings a couple times and hangs up prior to voicemail. Don't know anybody from south Florida so I didn't answer knowing it must be an idiot telemarketer crook scammer. My number is a cell and am on both fl and fed do not call lists.
