I got this call today (guess they think seniors are stupid) well I told him I do not have a computer so what the hell I need your service. He hung up on me..
The reason people post on this page is exactly because they don't know who the caller is and because we are all sharing our experiences with this phone number so that other people don't have to go through what we went through. I happen to know that this company uses many different phone numbers because when they call me, they have notes from prior calls so I know that the phone numbers are all connected and they try many different numbers so that you will answer thinking that it's a whole different call but it's not. This is a scam company trying to get you to log onto your computer so they can remotely control things and totally screw up your life. Just block them if your phone has that capability but just know that they will use a third-party application and call you back from a totally different number.
They claim they are tech help but they are clearly morons from India.
