Text from 9099: "customer issue, sun east federal credit union service frozen. please call at 305 359 3609" It's a scam; my husband got the same text earlier today.
Sorry for the caps, but do not call the number. This is a SCAM as it attempts to get you to place in your account information. It will ask for PIN's and expiration information. Most, if not all, are Sprint customers. I called Sprint last night and asked why they could not shut it down. Their reply was that it was affecting all of the carriers. I still believe this is specific to Sprint.
