On the phone number 305-359-3609. i have received the same text from 9099 stating it was frozen. i had reseached the phone which came up as a number from keys florida. i had also contacted the company it belong to questioning it. THIS IS A SCAM AND DOES NOT BELONG TO THIS COMPANY. to everyone and anyone who gets this message please notify the company at the following:
