I just got a call from 305-587-2091. They said that they were calling to lower my interest rate and that they were calling from cardmember services. I asked the guy if he was calling from my visa card services, how come he didnt know what my current interest rate was and he hung up. I called back and got the message that this number is an unattended mailbox and it could not recive any incoming calls>>>SCAMS..
They called us today , Jan 3, for about the 12th time altogether. Asked who they were
and they hung up. Called the number and a recorded message said to enter our
number after the beep and they'd put us on their "no-call" list. There _never was any
beep_. I called back and again no beep. We've been on the national no-call list
for five years, renewed two months ago.
Who are these sh_t-heads and how can we stop them ?
This call is a lot of crap, they called about a year ago and now it is started again. I just got some e-mail from a friend who states that if you answer the phone, it is a computer picking up the time you answer the phone. Then this is the time they know somebody is at home and a live phone call will be made . He states that we should hit the # key six or seven times and this confuses the computer. I haven't tried this yet but it sounds like it would work.
I spoke with a person last week and asked that they comply to the 'do not call' list for ALL sales calls. They claim they aren't a sales call. haha! They are totally a sales call. And I asked them to take me off the list and yet they called me again today. Last week the person who answered was trying desparately to convince me that they are not a sales call. This person hung up on me. Please find out who this is and make it stop!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This caller is a SCAM. They call all the time. DO not give them any information and you CAN BLOCK them if you have that setting. Lower your interest. is a total SCAM....!!!!!!
