No one else reading this page can ''keep these people from calling'' you. Your caller is not going to dutifully study random forum complaints and cannot magically determine which numbers should not be called based on anonymous comments.

comes up Miami, fl.. no message. if you're going to call..leave a message....called back.."home security" system...not worried about break in..already have a mastiff named "do not enter". solicitor worthy of a law suit. Having a lot of odd solicitor calls lately, including cursing IRS people who typically prefer the postal system. Enjoy answering and exchanging false threats.. don't give your personal info to anyone, check them out.. world is changing.
Called them back from a blocked line and the guy waited after answering then said "Hello"..... I said HI! He babbled something..... I replied what did you say???
He said "Someone just called you right? We offer home security...."
I interrupted and said "We don't need home improvement, home security products or anything, thank you" and then hung up...
Now blocked with my HP officejet pro L7680 All-In-One.....
Wish I could reach through the lines and rip their throats out!!!!
