Received a call from the number. Answered as I was curious even though the ID was unavailable. He called me by name and asked if I was still receiving Charisma Magazine any longer. I told him no and he asked if I was receiving any other Christian magazines other than the Bible. Bible isn't a magazine. I am going to check out the Charisma web site and see what I can find out or let them know they are being used.
they keep calling trying to sell me a tv guide subscription, then tell me a lawyer will be calling, the minute I hang up someone calls saying they are a lawyer.
this number called me 2 times today. I check 800notes to see if it was a spam caller. before I added the number to my cellphones blacklist app. If they call again I wont even know since the app deletes the call of the log.
Received a call from this number on Saturday morning about 10. Said my subscription to Flying magazine was up for renewal. Offered to give me the senior rate on the magazine. Told them to mail me a renewal card, but got a song and dance about mailing charges. Renewed for 3 years. My husband later checked the magazine and his subscription was good until Feb. 2016. Tried calling back on the same number, but go recorded music, once a person answered, but disconnected when I tried to explain why I was calling. Will never do that again. Always, always deal directly with the magazine itself. It will end up being cheaper in the long run.
Got a call from this number. Did not answer becuase I did not recognized the number. Called them back the next day just out of curiosity. (It was even on a holiday....boy, they must be desperate!). They said they were Magazine somebody or other.. I told them that I did not want anything to do with any magazine and would they just take me off their calling list. She said "Well, you magazine will stop coming" to which I replied "Which one?" to which she replied "Hmmm, it doesn't say". I again told her to not call me anymore and she said "Well, your magazine will stop coming". I replied OK and she hung up really fast. Obviously, this is a SCAM. If any of my magazines do stop coming, you can be assured that I will contact that magazine and let them have it. (They have told me before they do not call; however, as stated above TV Guide does use a third party.) I would suggest not giving any infor to anybody!
Just got a call from this number, caller ID said "ENT Consulting". I didn't answer, and after reading the previous posts here, I'm glad of it. This came within half an hour of another scam call (which I also didn't answer)... wondering what the deal is, here.
