Got a call from them for the past 3 days. Called it back once, they won't tell you who is suing you. They give you 3 options, pay off your debt, do a monthly payment which is more or go to court. It's a scam.
same story as all but i called back and used they tatics...but first act all nice like youre gonna settle dont identify first only use a case number let them id the name they have then mid call tell them the call is being recorded. they change they tune real quick and took me off they list
I received a recorded message about several pending matters i am being investigated for. She will be serving me papers at my place of employment today, of course no one shows up, this is not the first time i received this recording. Then she states for me to call
1-307-206-4539 to dispute these matters with reference number # 97280 and failure to do so will be giving up my rights to do so. Then states this is my official notification. I never return the call because its a scam, I blocked the number and then i receive a new number with same recording from 1-401-227-5594, and now blocked this number too. I am from Texas
