Got a call from them for the past 3 days. Called it back once, they won't tell you who is suing you. They give you 3 options, pay off your debt, do a monthly payment which is more or go to court. It's a scam.
Called at 1:59 today. They did not give a name, nor did they reference my name, just stated there were pending charges and they could show up at my employment. Gave a phone number and a reference # for me to contact and threatened if I didn't they would file the proper paper work in my county. Good luck contacting my employer, I have been retired for 5 years and they have since closed.
Same thing happened to me. They said I owed a payday loan that I defaulted on which is not true. I called back and spoke to them and they would not provide any documentation stating I owed any money. They wanted me to pay them online. I refused and told them to serve me. They said they would send the summons to my place of employment and I told them to go ahead. I have no idea what they are talking about.
