Got a call from them for the past 3 days. Called it back once, they won't tell you who is suing you. They give you 3 options, pay off your debt, do a monthly payment which is more or go to court. It's a scam.
Got a call from 304-223-8640 they left a message saying I was being served and to call number back to be able to dispute it. Sounds like a scam. Name was empty in message.
VM stating calling for- (then went silent - Name not said) in regards to several matters I was being investigated for. Told me to call "the plaintiff" at 307-206-4539 and to consider this being served and if we didn't respond we would be served in our local area but did not say for what. Said failure to respond would mean I was forfeiting my right to dispute the matter. Told me to reference case number 98079.
Voicemail was left, stating I was being served, and about to be sued. Sounds like a real person, but you can tell that it's a recording because she says "Use the following case number", then it's silent, and she goes on about something else. Total scam!! Hope no one falls for this!
