Got a call from them for the past 3 days. Called it back once, they won't tell you who is suing you. They give you 3 options, pay off your debt, do a monthly payment which is more or go to court. It's a scam.
left message with no name, called back and they demanded payment for some loan that none of the dates were right, that none of the address info, bank info and job info was correct, got transferred when I didn't agree and then they told me they would serve me and a judgement would be issued. I went ballistic and they hung up. Waiting to be served now.... They never gave their company name or the company they were representing, they could validate information that you could get from Google, it was real scary. I really think it is a scam, but we will see.
Dont know anyone in Wyoming they did not have my name when case number was supposed to be given was blank think its a scam said i would be served at home and work but no company
It's quite laughable to think we get these calls when you can tell they're automated. In the recording itself no name is asked for and the case number never comes thru. Another one for the blocked list.
