They are not Lawyers, Linda Russel's husband is the Law side of the company CCI. She is the daughter of the founder of the company. I have allready posted her home address along with her phone number incase some one needs to get in touch with her.
Gerald is her husband he is the lawyer, though they are all out of the same building as far as I can tell.
I'm really thinking hard about creating a site dedicated to the russels to help others like us that they call but that are not able to get despratly back ahold of them.

It was a little strange.
Seriously, these calls are harassing and freaking me out. A women named Rebbecca is leaving a recording in a sensual voice with an alarmist tone. "Hey this is Rebecca, I really need to talk to you, call me back" As If I know her or something. I don't know a rebecca. This is wierd and freaking me out. I get a call every Saturday and try to call back and no one answers.
If this is a legit collection agency why do they have to be so deceptive? Why can't they just tell the truth. I am more open to honest calls than to mysterious anonymous women acting like there's a fake emergency. WTF?
Someone should call Linda and tell her to [***] off.
I understand they may be trying to collect bills from people who are trying to not pay them, but deceptively getting them to call in doesn't really do anything. All they have to do is hang up the phone and not pay the bill. It's not like someone can serve process over the phone. If someone doesn't want to pay, they ain't going to. Someone could even call in using an alias inquiring to figure out who they are looking for and then claim they have the wrong number and get taken off the list.
They are just brainless morons. Harassing people does not accomplish anything positive. I simply forces someone to get a new number. This means the idiots are harassing the wrong person
