They are a collection - attorneys office out of Wyoming. They are collecting on bad debts. Ans have been nice to remove numbers when they no longer belong to who they are looking for. If you call the 800 number they leave during there normal hours you can talk to a live person.
I receive calls from these people about every six months. Apparently one Sheila Claypool, who must owe money to everybody in the world, is using my number as a contact number so every six months I get calls from attorneys and collection agencies. They always say they'll remove my number but six months later another round of calls comes in. I told them the next time they called I would contact an attorney and begin legal action against them.
Whats worse than getting a call saying call this number? Being put on hold with crappy music blasting as soon as you answer. Either way, theres no way to slice it where it doesnt come out as pure BS! That goes double if the recipient has no debts owed to begin with.
I like a lot of you have been contacted by the above the number, on Sunday they called my home number more than 12 times, each time they would be hung up on . Because by Colorado law that call centers are not to call . then they reverted to my cell phone which at the time thank goodness did not have not enough minutes on it. Yes I do know I have a debt and try to pay what I can which is not much. There is a lady who contacts my by the name of Sara and I told her last time that my hours have been cut to where I am working part time only two days a week, then Sara had the gall to say will are you seriously looking for a better position or is there some way you can borrow money from a family member.
This has all come about because I had an insurance company that decided the would not pay any of my medical bill and now that Insurance company is no longer in existence thanks to the government.
As I had told her I am paying what I am able to pay, since I do not have a lot of cash flow except the barely enough to live on. Then Sara called the other day she is so rude and nasty with a gruff voice and saying awful things like you must pay this today, after this last incident - I am now ready to see if I can get a free attorney to look into these continue robot /personal calls and several times the calls are to be private but there system is not going to stop anybody else from saying there me, this has occurred on many occasions . They need to inspect there flawed system. (Sara) and several other employees from the Fort Collins Office need to be removed from there jobs . )
