Sue, your thinking is spot on .. DNC lists are as much a scam as the robocalls they purport to prevent .. another worthless government 'employment' scheme at our expense.
Just received a call on my cell from this number. I'm sure this is a scam. My credit card companies don't call me unless there IS a problem. So, no Heather, I'm not giving you any info! Hung up. Annoying they got my cell number!
I just now recieved a missed call from the # as i chose not to answer it due to the fact i didnt know who or why anyone from that # would be calling. They left no message. I suggest simply not ever answering #'s that arent on your normal call list.
