I just received a call from 307-464-4803...they left no message. I am also on the DNC list, however telemarketers, political organizations and unscrupulous companies like this one get around it by using a random dialer. A random dialer generates 10 random numbers and the system automatically calls that number; no name comes up on the representative's screen, just the number. You'll notice these people never address you by name. At this point, nothing can be done about it as they are not breaking any laws. Hopefully this will change in the very near future.
