Didn't recognize the number so didn't answer, they didn't leave a message. I'm also on the DNC. I called back and it just rings, no pick up, no VM. Really want them to call me back so I can lead them on forever and then give 'em hell. I love messing with these jerkoffs.

Simple solution to this type of calls, if you don't recognize the number and/or doesn't come from your contacts, don't pick up the phone. Simple. If its important, they will leave a message.
