somehow my computer got zapped while I was online and clicked on a picture. My computer shut down and after reinstalling my entire program and wiping out all my data I was able to get online but my comnputer would shut down over and over and after some time, I was able to get my computer to work with problems. Out of the blue a woman with a strong India accent representing 247pchealth.com called me to tell me that my software expired. I was had hook line and sinker. After being charged $119. for their service my computer is still in a mess. The woman her name was Angelina Williams I'm sure not her real name charged my account for another $59. without my knowledge or agreement. A man who calls himself Grand Smith I'm sure a false name with a strong India accent answerd the  phone # 3075290607 told me that I wouldn't be able to talk to her because now I would have to deal with him at customer support insisted that I agreed to the extra $59. charge for a virus protection download. This complaint is not meant to target any race as their is shyshters in every nationality. I'm sure that if these people have the technology to find me out of the blue and tell me that my computer needs repair then they must also have the technology to zap my computer.

Someone called me as well from this number, but at first i had been handed the phone not realizing they had called my cell and i did not give them my number,,i was thinking it was windows tech or the program that wants to be added to follow your finger steps in case something happens they can help your pc,,not sure the name as i never do this,,Any way, they got into my tree, and etc., etc.,  telling me where to go to check the errors on pc,,at this time, husband was on pc, and when i looked at pc wondered why all the windows were up and started listening to the guy, thinking he knew what he was talking about,,asked him for his number, 307-529-0607  Cole, and when i called back got a Stephen Nichols, well, i called a sheriff friend and reported them, called other people who are on my pc and this company will be investigated,,as sheriff told me, its a scam...sheriff sends all these reports to a special place and he usually gets every one of them reported.
This company said they are 24/7 tech support, ask you to get into your hard drive , your tree, etc. sends you to a free program called ammyy.com. this is the extent of them, i asked them how the hell can they call me outta the blue and tell me my pc is messed, after running a few tests, they are telling me my hard drive is messed up and my software has expired, so, i said wait a minute, my hard drive is not messed up,,i checked my pictures thats on the hard drive,,they were there,,,accessibile. says i need a new hard drive, i said fine, i will change it, they say, you know how to do that,,i said yeah, i took a repair course,,and just so i know your legit, i would like you to send me an email for verification purposes of what they did and who they are,,,and they hung up....i call back, told them, i got ahold sheriff, reported them, and told them i wanted an email verification they said yes ok, but never asked me my email address,,some people,,AND they are reported to the sheriff, this is not a scam,,sheriff has their number..and their info,,

I got a call from someone who said they were the company where my error messages on my computer were being sent to.  He told me this company handled all the computer error  messages.  He wanted to show me all the error messages and fix them for $79.  I though he might be legit  until he wanted me to give him my computers serial number by pressing a few buttons all at the same time.  I asked him for his number and website which he gave and the website was: www.24x7pchelp.com.  The site was very impressive but I didn't think it was legit.  So I just said good bye and hung up.  He did have a thick India accent.

i live in Australia, and "Futron software" called me to tell me to fix my windows 7. instantly realised it was a scam, did not give my home number out and he dodged questions when i asked about how he got my number, and if he worked for microsoft.
