Have received several calls from this number where they want to gain access to fix my Dell computer (that I don't own) that they are getting error messages for!

Called to tell me that my broken computer was sending error messages to Dell

they keep calling me and i have to pay for the call and voice message .i want to sue for money to cover these calls for over a year.how can i do this?

I received a call on my cell phone from this number today. Caller had heavy Indian accent. Said that my Dell laptop had been sending "critical error messages" to Dell tech support. Caller said he needed to take control of my computer to fix the problem. I did some checking and this call was clearly a scam. I blocked the number. If you get a call from this number, do not answer, give no information and block the number.

Exact same call. i wondering they might have 100s of such numbers to call from. How many we can block?
