Real scam... recorded haltering speech message. The IRS will write you ... registered letter... the end.

I just received a call from this guy with a heavy accent. I could hardly understand him but he began to threaten me. I didn't like that at all. Can and who can these people be turned into. Please help me ! He said he is coming after me because I didn't corporate. He said he was from the IRS
