I just received a phone call advising me that I am being sued and to contact a lawyer name Dexter Cruz within 2 hours . He requested my cell phone number which I refused to give. Told him I would call this "attorney" if I felt like it. I grew suspicious when I heard the heavy indian accent, if and he calls back I will tell him to ' suck rope'!
There is no listing for a JOHN E BASS in california There's a Jonathan R Bass So it looks like a scam IF THEY DON'T SEND YOU PROOF OF THE DEBT IN WRITING THEN IGNORE THE CALLS
I got 2 calls from this number. It is a man with a heavy accent that speaks only broken English. I believe that he was saying I was being sued. Anyway, I have blocked the call. I don't have any items for which I would be sued.
