I just received a phone call advising me that I am being sued and to contact a lawyer name Dexter Cruz within 2 hours . He requested my cell phone number which I refused to give. Told him I would call this "attorney" if I felt like it. I grew suspicious when I heard the heavy indian accent, if and he calls back I will tell him to ' suck rope'!
i recieved a phone call from the same number stating they were going to sue me and that it is time urgent is the message they left on my voice mail this is the second time i have gotten a call like this it is a scam
I also received calls from this number & a 214 number saying the same kinds of things they called my cell & work phone. They left voicemails on my cell using the name James William. They also had my whole ssn very aggravating....
This is the return number on a package I received from using me to open an account with identity fraud. Just received a laptop ordered via Amazon at my house. Hot pink! Really? Thieves!
A phone text message asked me to call "US Bank SecDept" at this number. The call appears to originate from 901-568-1125, which is a Verizon mobile phone in Memphis, TN.
