After getting all of their info about their illegal operation, I turned them in to DoNotCall.gov and the California State License Board for violating contractor sales protocol.
The phone number came up as the I.D. on my phone. Didn't answer and they didn't leave a message. If I had a nickel for every junk phone call that tries to get thru, I'd be rich. The "Do Not Call" registry is the government's biggest scam. What a joke. Legit companies don't need the law to take your number off their lists, if you ask. Only crooks ignore the law and it is almost impossible to do anything about it.

the number belongs to A plus california builders, its a call center that farms out potential construction work to contractors who pay for this service.
