After getting all of their info about their illegal operation, I turned them in to DoNotCall.gov and the California State License Board for violating contractor sales protocol.
A Plus Builders. Aggressive Sales. Scam/Spam and not an honest practice. I blocked their number after their first call via Comcast (*60) - but somehow the call got through anyway and they left a weird voice message stating "Customer says she is uncomfortable." Huh? Anyway, during the first call when I stupidly answered (they called my business line), the address they gave me, when I told them I wanted to check up on them, was a residential address/home in Berkeley California - NOT a business location. They have no Yelp reviews which is also a red flag. Hang up if they call. Block the number if you can. They try to make an appointment to meet you at your house. Yeah, I was born yesterday too...
This is a business called A plus builders, they have been calling our house for some days now unfortunately someone from my house answered and these guys say they are business where they check your home out for any repairs that u might need in the future after I told them that we did not need anything they insisted and even wanted someone to come over to our house I told them that we were not interested the guy became rude. If you receive a call from them i suggest blocking them they do not sound legit.
The guy called, some how had my first & last name. He wanted to come over for a free estimate to paint/repair house. I told him that i was not intrested. He insisted he spoke to me before and that i suggested he call back in August. I never did. I don't answer calls from #'s i don't recognize. Showed up as "Wireless Caller", somehow i answered. I did politely tell him that we were on the DO NOT CALL LIST. He didn't care. I told him to take us off his calling list. He kept insisting that he wanted to come over. and that what was the reason i didn't want his buisness. He was becoming angry & rude. I finaly told him i rented this house. Then he got mad and said that why did I waist HIS TIME!!!! He said he didn't talk to renters! He WAISTED MY TIME!!! Next time im just haning up. I thought they were professional. DO NOT ANSWER THIER CALLS!! I wish the goverment did something about this!!!
