It's a telemarketer calling to sell products at 50% off. They call me 2-10 a day to my cellphone

I got a call today from this number saying that there will be charges pressed against me regarding some payday loan that they say I took out. I never took out a loan. I applied for one but didn't continue through the process....WTF????
