Um.
One tip was given you in the post made just before yours.
Other tips can be found throughout this site, if you care to look.
Are you aware of call blocker technology?
Have you googled/searched for "Call Blocker?
Call blockers are available as phones, apps (some free) and standalone devices.
Remember,
The Do Not Call List is NOT a call blocker!
Here is 800notes' discussion on call blockers:

Here are two pages of links to (mostly government) sites in Canada and the USA were you can report phone scams, or learn more about them.
First, look elsewhere on this site for an Article, entitled "Where to Report Phone Crime". (It may appear in the column to your right).
For a more frequently updated list of complaint sites, with links to government web pages, look here:

Got a call same as above...man with accent, threatening grand jury, etc, an obvious scam. Why doesn't the phone company or federal government do something about the continuance of these calls?
Got a message from a caller with an accent saying that there was some kind of judgment against me and leaving this number as a call back. Obviously a scam. I called them back, was told by the gal (same accent)that I was in danger of being arrested. I said that this was too important for me to handle over the phone and asked for their address. Strangely enough, she hung up. Called back again, got a guy this time, told him the same thing, he said (same accent) I should come to 1400 Pennsylvania Ave NW, Washington DC. I asked for his name several times so I could find him in the building -- no response. Finally he said that if I hung up they would send someone to arrest me. I told him he was lying and to send his officers over. How I wish we could flood these stupid call centers with so many calls that their systems break down!
