Um.
One tip was given you in the post made just before yours.
Other tips can be found throughout this site, if you care to look.
Are you aware of call blocker technology?
Have you googled/searched for "Call Blocker?
Call blockers are available as phones, apps (some free) and standalone devices.
Remember,
The Do Not Call List is NOT a call blocker!
Here is 800notes' discussion on call blockers:

Here are two pages of links to (mostly government) sites in Canada and the USA were you can report phone scams, or learn more about them.
First, look elsewhere on this site for an Article, entitled "Where to Report Phone Crime". (It may appear in the column to your right).
For a more frequently updated list of complaint sites, with links to government web pages, look here:

I got the call today. They had me going for a bit. I asked what social security number they had for me. They said we can't give out that information. I told them this call is done. They tried to intimate me by saying are you doubting an officer. I said yes and hung up.
I just received a call from this number. The caller claimed to be from the US Department of Treasury, ID 889776 and told me there's a warrant out for my arrest for tax fraud. He said I owed over $5K. Because I responded irately, the caller said he will be sending the police to my house in 45 minutes to pick me up. He said in order to get out of this arrest, I would have to pay him $2600. I asked to speak to his supervisor; he responded "do you want to go to jail?" He refused to give me his name and after questioning him too much, he hung up.
Received a call saying that they were calling from the US Treasury (IRS), and legal action was being taken against me. When I called back a women with a heavy accent said she was a federal agent, she gave me her name, which I could not understand when I asked her to repeat it, then spell it she then said she would give me her federal ID number (like I had some way to verify the number, she went on to stats that I owed back taxes on my 2013 taxes after that I hung up the phone.
Foreign-accented men and women of various stripes keep phoning me from this number - one guy today 6/8/16 sounded like he was from India - babbled something about "If you don't call me back you'll have to go before a magistrate!" Like, do we even have magistrates in the USA?? Who are these weirdos and why do they keep annoying me? Can't someone shut down their operation???
