Here is what you need to do. Call them back and ask question... Who's the lawyer what's the state bar number. The name of the company. Get as much information as you can....Lets shut them down...when you ask to many question they put you on hold or just hang up.... Call them back and ask the next person the same question.
Why don't the FTC go after the Phone company that is providing the service.

Yeah, these [***] called me and threatened arrest etc. I told them I was a paranoid schizophrenic, and heavily armed and that they better bring the swat team, because now I was barricaded in my residence waiting for them. Then I spent the rest of the day and all that night calling them back, screaming into the phone yelling "Come and Kill me, I want to die!!!!, then told them they f'd with the wrong cowboy, and now it was going to be cowboys and east indians and the ending would be the same,, the Indians will lose! (no disrespect meant to the honorable people of native american decent. I said this in order to enrage these idiots, and hope they make a mistake)
In any case, I called again the following morning after 128 calls yelling and screaming at them. Then this guy with the thick east indian accent stated "Ah yes sir, your name has been removed from our list",
I replied waddya mean removed from your list? I thought I owed you money? I thought you were gonna come arrest me?, Well maybe you removed my name from your list, But I have not removed you from my list....Now I make about 20 -30 calls a day to that number and yell derogatory
CEJust recieved a call this morning from first state attorney's office. Said they would come and arrest me from job on tuesday morning. Claimed I owed some money to a cash advance place. Funni I never used any. This man said his name was Dex Cruz. Had an accent couldnt tell me how much I borrowed when i borrowed it or anyuthing. It had me all worked up and upset. Dnt let this people get you like they got me. DO NOT ANSWER A 310-547-8686 NUMBER. THEY ARE GOING TO TRY TO GET YOUR MONEY.
