Of course this is a scam and please don't fall for it! Allen Smith (Alan Smith) *whatever* is not a licensed lawyer...Ask them for the California (or any state) bar number and if they are unable to give it to you that will shut them down right there. Besides! What attorney office uses such unprofessionalism!
I gotta a call and he left a voicemail said he was Mike Mike Smith and if I or my attorney didnt contact them all he could do is wish me luck as it unfolds around me....lol oh yeah and Ill be arrested tomorrow
I am assuming nothing happened? I just got a call from a "lawyer" who said that they represent Federal Unsecured Loans or wtf ever they are, and said that they were going to come to my house and arrest me monday for not paying on a loan I didn't get. When I asked them who their client was and how to contact them they just told me "Get a defense attorny. Very heavy Indian speaking people, usually the same three guys answering the phone or it went straight to voice mail. The number was 310-547-8686, I have to admit it had me a little nervous at first. But, when I looked up the company online I got a bunch of red flags and horror stories...like the one I am posting now.
