spam call many times

They won't stop calling, it's getting really annoying. TWC is on my bad list now.

i just had them call me...no voicemail. But I have answered it before and apparently i owe time warner cable over 200 dollars for a month of service I never had with them! But now I have a bill from time warner (that I got in the mail) saying I owe them money! I know times are hard, but I'm not paying for services I never had!

I get repeated calls from this number 5 times a day. It so disgusting。 Can anyone teach me how to stop them calling me?　Ｉ would highly appreciate.
