Went through an automated system to report that my number is not associated with the person they claim to be looking for. If it was Time Warner, they have abysmal customer service. It smacks of a scam.

I told them I questioned that this really was Time Warner and they assured me it was but insisted that I stay on hold for a long time so they could "research the account". Total garbage.

I get repeated calls from this number at work. The messages do say it's Time Warner, however, I don't think it's the billing dept as some people say because I haven't had Time Warner for years and when I did have it, I didn't have any past due amounts. AND, they didn't have this work number on my account. Whatever it is, I do think it's a scam.

It is DEFINITELY Time Warner Cable's automated bill reminder prior to shut off. Press two to tell them you have sent a payment, it buys three days.

I Have not been a Time Warner customer for some time, and have the papers to prove my $0 balance and I still get repeated calls from these yokels...
