Its TIME WARNER CABLE, its them trying to contact you if you haven't paid them or bill is past due. I never answer & I never return their calls, I handle it w/my own damn terms, not theirs.
Whoa I got to call this morning from them, back to back. I think its a scam cause they asking for money with giving any info. whoa this is to funny and of all times, around the holidays some people are desperate for a dollar. Time Warner has no ties with these people, I reporting this number to the authorities asap. Hope no one give in to this scam, keep your money don"t give in!
