This stupid company keeps texting me and when you call the number you can't get a live person on the phone. How do I make it stop?

This stupid company keeps texting me and when you call the number you can't get a live person on the phone. How do I make it stop?
The message starts off saying: "From: 445-66 (HipHopLite)"

this number keeps texting me all hours of the night and waking us up this should be stopped and if not we all should sue for harrassment!!!!!!

This number continually texts me, usually late at night. I have reported it to Verizon and supposedly there is nothing they can do except change my phone number, however, they said it doesn't guarentee that the calls will stop since they could possibly obtain the new number.  This is ridiculous!
