Huge scammers!!!! Yesterday he was Jack Dawson and today who know who he is. He left me two voicemails this morning threatening me. First of all if there were pending criminal anything against you they wouldn't hire someone like this to call you and warn you first...duh. if you take out a loan and don't pay it back it simply goes on your credit or collections and they can get a judgement against you to collect but they cannot press criminal charges against you. So these guys are just idiots. Ask them to send you the proof in writing (Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, 15 USC 1692g Sec. 809 (b) that your claim is disputed and validation is requested.) also let them know If your offices are able to provide the proper documentation as requested in the following Declaration, I will require at least 30 days to investigate this information and during such time all collection activity must cease and desist. Also, I would also like to request, in writing, that no telephone contact be made by your offices to my home or to my place of employment. If your offices attempt telephone communication with me, including but not limited to computer generated calls and calls or correspondence sent to or with any third parties, it will be considered harassment and I will have no choice but to file suit. All future communications with me MUST be done in writing and sent to the address noted in this letter by USPS. This should take care of them.
310-693-2406 calls (middle eastern accent) saying there is a lawsuit pending against me, they have american names like travis Walker with ext 356 but can deffinantly tell they are from middle east.
ordering me to pay a loan from advance cash usa. with a case number and to write a letter to a fax number. saying it was a miscomunication on my part and send money this month and the rest by the end of october. this is crazy..
I recieved this call at work same accent and when you talk to them you can tell its a call center from somewhere why can't California step up and shut them down. The feds say report it but all they do is thanks and no more. Its all fraud and yes talk to mr. matheson, an officer of the court lol
I received a phone call from this same number yesterday while I was at work, demanding that I handle this matter on a loan which I never applied for, and if I did not handle this matter today by submitting $3,482 I would be arrested at my place of employment on Monday morning. It is a complete scam
The called me and told me I am being sued so call another number to find out why. When I called the number back they asked me for my lawyers info and asked me to verify my SS#. I replied no, and they hung up.
